Dealing with Dyson has been the most frustrating experience. What should have been a quick and easy refund has turned into a nightmare. Been waiting for a simple credit since mid June for a product I did not received. Have had countless conversations on line, chat and by phone. Dyson does not seem to understand the frustration is causes and have lost me a customer forever. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Dyson.
