Unfortunately buying dyson air wrap is a mistake for me . I do travel and I thought it is going to make my life easier but it makes harder. In every country buy another Dyson. Is this the policy ? You are an intelligent company and do not have any other adopter or something to make work Dyson on different countries. So my brought my Dyson air wrap with me in us and not working. Another think Dyson customer service is really poor. They do not know their product and company. đź‘Ž

We don’t offer an international warranty, and advise against buying a Dyson machine in one country for use in another. We can’t guarantee your machine will work as intended, and using it on a voltage it wasn’t engineered to work with can cause permanent damage.

No it is not helped I do not want to be rude but I can read everywhere you wrote, you do not solve the problem actually. I feel sorry for my money that I spend. I could buy something cheaper and I do more work.
