I purchased my Dyson AirWrap in 2020 and could not have loved it more. I have recommended it to many people. Recently it started overheating and shutting down. I cleaned the filter and with through the troubleshooting. It still coninued to shutdown. I reached out to customer service to get it repaired. I was told because it was past its 2 year warranty there was nothing they can do. They also told me that if it happens in the 2 year window they DO NOT REPAIR the unit they simply replace. There is no repair for the Dyson Air Wrap. This item retails for $600. I thought this was a lifetime investment but very disappointed that they only guarentee its life for 2 years.
I am happy to pay for a repair but I was told this is not an option. BUYER BEWARE--this is a very expensive item with no long lifetime
