Hi.

I have never been able to use the Dyson Airwrap product that I bought from you on 17.11.2023. You also wrote that you will replace it if it comes from this product. The huge Dyson cannot replace a faulty product for 9 months. I bought this product with great difficulty. I have written to you many times. I have not even received a response. I would appreciate it if you could please respond now.
