Airwrap Multi styler no LED / Bluetooth

Hey I have the MyDyson App. My Airwrap is registered. However I can’t use it with Bluetooth as it seems Bluetooth is not enabled. There are no blue lights. 
 

Followed Dyson’s instructions - turn on, set to low, repeat 4 times etc. but they are very ambiguous instructions. 
 

has anyone got a video of how to actually enable Bluetooth so there is a blue flashing light.

Although all Dyson Airwrap™ models can be registered via the MyDyson™ app, please be aware that Bluetooth connectivity which enables the i.d curl™ feature is only included on the latest Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler and dryer, and not on other Dyson Airwrap™ variants.

Are you confident your machine is definitely a Dyson Airwrap i.d™ model?

Hey there

 

Who knew! Thank you so much. It’s an Airwrap multi styler. I have no idea if it’s age. I bought it from Dyson directly in Bahrain?

No problem at all - in this case, your Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler won’t include Bluetooth connectivity.

But you can still benefit from the MyDyson™ app which includes styling tips, maintenance guides and personalised support.

Well I am surprised. Thank you so much for this insight. As I thought I was going to break it, keep setting low high/on/off etc. it definitely wasn’t responding well
