My airwrap was sent for repair on 23rd November due to a fault (still in warranty). I’ve since chased for an update on the item and was firstly told by customer services that I’d get it back soon, then was told Dyson couldn’t locate the machine in their warehouse and couldn’t actually tell me if it had ever been received. This level of customer service for such an expensive item is shocking. I have photo evidence of the item being collected from my house by DPD. I was promised an update and still haven’t heard back. I need to know what is happening as it’s a £500+ item that Dyson has lost and so far I’ve had no answers
