



Just received my new £449.99 Airwrap which was, according to Dyson website and my confirmation email, supposed to be delivered 6 days ago. I waited in all day and nothing delivery. Rescheduled for today, Friday, the soonest I could be at home to wait for it. Opened the box and it’s clearly been used, wonky bristles, marked and scratched. Not a good start but I was excited to use it. However, after 10 seconds a white filter light came on!! I spoke to customer service who told me to carry on using it until I could again, wait in for another replacement. Unfortunately, after trying to use it again, it cut out on the filter light came back on. It’s 12pm and even though the website states next day delivery of ordered before 9pm, Dyson can’t arrange a swap for me until Monday. I really wanted to take this airwrap away with my on my weeks trip on Monday. Dyson don’t care. Nothing about my experience so far is good and I’m massively disappointed in my £449.99 hairdryer.
