I was given an Airwrap for Christmas, My daughter used it a few times, I tried to use it towards the end of January and it cut out. In an online chat, Dyson said return it to the retailer as it was faulty. The retailer said contact Dyson and get an exchange number. My husband rang Dyson, they very kindly offered to deal with the matter promising an email with details of the upgraded exchange. This was two weeks ago. The promised email didn’t arrive for 3 days and only after I had a 40 minute plus online chat. I’ve since had two further online chats as no delivery/collection details have arrived. Three days ago I was told the order was being processed and I’d get an email, today the AI bot and the call centre have said the order has been cancelled and the reason was unknown. Has anyone else experienced this?
