Outside of the free 2-year Dyson guarantee, resolutions in the event of a breakdown would be chargeable. I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused due to a lack of available stock of refurbished machines, but I would encourage you to continue your conversation with the Customer Care team in your region.

Hi Jack I got in touch with dyson and they are saying they are basically broken and only option is to buy a refurbished set but they have none available I could cry I have no straightners
