Hi - I have a simple issue with Dyson and one that won’t cost anything to resolve - I bought my partner an Air Wrap a while ago and over time the serial number has worn off from the plastic label attached. We didnt keep the packaging that apparently also had the number. We want to register the Air wrap whilst still in warranty. We have provided proof of purchase.
We have made a dozen phone calls to Customer care who initially kept bouncing us back to John Lewis (where we purchased the Air Wrap) after numerous calls with no joy we were given a case number and told to e-mail an unmonitored e-mail address. On the second attempt, Customer Care refused point blank to put us through to a Supervisor/Manager but did promise faithfully that if we e-mailed again, Dyson would definitely be in touch but again nothing.
The senior management e-mail addresses found on the internet simply bounce back.
Any ideas on a contact who will actually help us resolve this simple matter.
