I have purchased the Dyson airwrap 3 weeks ago and it arrived. It was a gift for my wife and upon opening for her birthday yesterday there was no dyson airwap case which is pictured in the receipt that I have attached to this email. 

This is incredibly frustrating, my wife needs the dyson airwrap case with it to store her new dyson airwrap.

I have had cordless vaccums, fans, vaccums and much more from Dyson over the past 12 years and never encountered anything like this before. I hope you can restore my faith in Dyson.
