Customer Service is no help. Can someone please call me

I have been waiting for 3 months for Dyson to give me a proper answer on a repair \ return.  We called almost 50 times, been on chat threads, sent numerous emails to there support, and even have escalated the issue.  Still have no answers. 

Call placed to discuss a malfunctioning hard dryer. 

Was told by support it would be replaced as it was only 10 months old.  Was told to ship the hair dryer back to them. I have shipping information and codes they provided and tracking numbers that it was received by them.

i was then told that the serial number of the dryer we sent did not match the serial  they shipped to me 1o months ago.  Now I understand it does not match, but I never had a serial number registered any where that I was aware of.  I asked them to send me the voice recording of the call from the initial conversation and still no answers from them.  

I also told them if they can not replace this unit to please ship it back to me as I paid over 400 dollars for the hair dryer and I would like it back.  And I still have not been given any answers . 

Customer service asks me the same questions every time.  Receipt of purchase, shipping details,  etc.

I hope that someone that actually reads this at Dyson customer service can please contact me.
