As a girl who owns the airwrap and air strait and who loves Dyson, I will never, ever, be ordering from them again. 
Order number : 1505985576

My airwrap is grey and I accidentally ordered the blue airstrait. I noticed I made a mistake and went ahead to order the grey one and I returned the blue on 6th SEPTEMBER 2024 and I still have yet to receive my refund. 
 

I have called numerous times, emailed numerous times, have been PROMISED numerous times that the refund will come through, however, it will hit the second month mark of not receiving my refund of £449.

 

Dyson, you are selfish and you are thieves. We are not talking about a simple £10 here, it is £449! Do you not feel bad refraining that money from people? 
 

I have informed ALL of my friends and colleagues and family members of how utterly disgraceful your customer service is, not one will be ordering from you anymore.

I have taken down names each time I have called and I have proof of you promising via email refund will occur in the next 5 days - I WILL be taking legal action.

 

Absolutely disgusting. If I had known I would’ve kept it and sold it myself. This situation has upset me so much knowing how much me and my mother love all Dyson products, but never again will we order.
