I bought the dyson nural hair dryer from the website directly. The product was supposed to be delivered on 21Aug2024 but it didn't. I contacted customer service and they were like ..oh yes ! Your air wrap. I was like what is going on here? Then after struggling with th3 customer service, I received my dyson on 23Aug2024. The product arrived dusty and like in used condition. I immediately contacted customer service for return. They raised a return request for collection on 29Aug2024. Again nobody came to collect. I contacted customer service again and they said .. apologies! We are busy. Let me request for collection on 30th. Eventually collection was scheduled on 04th sep. I confirmed with customer service on 04th if collection will be done on 04sep. They did confirm but Again nobody has come to collect. Why is the customer service so pathetic for a premium product like this? No matter how good the product, if customer service is so poor, your product is a failure. Why do I need to follow up sp many times ??? Are u waiting for me to give up and accept the faulty product dyson team!!??? I have paid 400 pounds for it. Not sure if the team is trying to cross the 35 day period by these cheap tactics!!! We would expect better from dyson!!!!!!!
