My package is missing, so I reached out to Dyson. They told me to file a claim with UPS and after the results they would help. The agent instructs me how to file the claim online and provided me with all the information to fill out the form. However, Dyson has restricted from filing claims on UPS.com. I would have to go in person, but not everyone has the time to do this or we wouldn’t live in a world we’re so many people prefer online shopping over going to stores because they simply don’t have the time.
I thought the motto of Dyson is" The Dyson brands speaks for breakthrough thinking, perseverance, a relentless focus on doing more with less, and a willingness to take risks to solve major challenges."
But how is the response I received willingness to take risks to solve major challenges when the customer has to do the entire claim process themselves and it cannot even be online, it has to be in person, and after is when Dyson does something?
Just truly disappointing! Would not recommend purchasing from this brand! They claim “ Dyson always wanted to provide the best service to his customers” but this is not truer if anything they are setting you up to fail and sending you on a wild goose chase to cover themselves.
