Contacting Dyson customer service is a very painful and tedious process. Used chat on the app first - no confirmation email and cannot access previous chat so spent half a hour on hold days later to speak to a person. Phone line connection intermittent at best. Had to repeat my details many times. Dyson did have record of the collection date I was given so some small comfort but still not received any confirmation email despite being told I should have it within 24 hrs of initial contact. A really disappointing experience from a company that should do better considering the price of their products and loyalty of the customer.
