Had my straighteners just over 2 years now charge inly lasts around 5 minutes without cord being attached - any ideas?

I’ve had my Corrales for 3 ½ years and the battery has been gradually deteriorating over the last few months. I don’t see any reason for this other than a manufacturing fault and having paid nearly 400 GBP for them I find this shocking. Reading other posts it sounds like I would not be likely to get any recompense. I won’t be purchasing these again I’ll choose another brand.
I am experiencing the exact same issue. I was gifted my Dyson in Oct 2021 and it broke last week, no longer holding charge when connected to the charging cable.
Dyson offered me a refurb model for GBP100 or 25% off a new model. Why would anyone want to spend any more money on their products, it’s laughable. Avoid.
Do not buy the Dyson Corrale straightener.
My straightener stopped working just outside of the warranty period. I called to troubleshoot and Dyson said it was a non-repairable code. They do not stand behind their products and basically told me I am out of luck. Apparently this is a known issue with this straightener.
