I recently ordered a Airwrap from dyson for a gift for my wife. Placed an Order on 25th November and then got an email next day that the order will be delayed.

A week later, I chatted with customer care agent who mentioned that the order is not yet shipped from the warehouse. I waited for 2 more days and called the customer care line who told me that the order was delivered already.

They gave me some GLS Tracking website which showed that the package was randomly left in public in my building community.

After this, I have been in atleast 10 calls with dyson customer care agents who have no power to help but just keep me waiting for hours on phone while they talk with GLS for resolution

At this point, I have my 700 dollars stuck and no product with me. This is the worst company I have ever bought a product from!
