My Dyson hair dryer had an issue and Dyson service center took in my dryer and told me that I will get an exchange within 5-7 business days. It has been my third month. I called the customer service every two weeks and every time I called they just repeat I will receive my exchange in 5-7 business days. They put me on hold for 40-60 mins just to get that information. I am so frustrated. What should I do?
