Extremely frustrated with customer service - 55 days and still no product

I purchased a Dyson Airstrait 55 days ago, and after waiting this long, I’m still left without the product! I paid for the product in store and since the color was unavailable they offered to mail it to my house. 55 days have now gone by with my credit card being charged and no product and no tracking number. 

Customer service is absolutely useless. Every time I call, I’m placed on hold for hours, only to be told the same thing: “Your order is on the way.” Yet, I’ve never received a tracking number, and I still have no idea where my order is. This is completely unacceptable.

This experience has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I’ve tried multiple times to get a straight answer, but it’s clear that your customer service team has no idea what’s going on. The lack of transparency and accountability is infuriating.
