My Dyson airwrap needed repair so it was collected in August but it is now gone. It has been 6 weeks since it was collected, I have called and messaged 5+ agents and spent more than 10 hours on them in total, everyone promised they will get back to me, and yet I still don’t have a single response! Every staff that I can contact as a customer does not have the power to help me. It keeps getting reverted to another team (ie warehouse team, escalation team) but no one has contacted me. Dyson is not willing to send anything back to me when they have lost my machine for so long…
Anyone with a similar experience please help!
