I made an order about a week ago . I purchase the professional supersonic r blow dryer I called customer service to make sure the order I place was for the professional version not consumer. I talked to 3 different agents assuring me it was the correct item. Well today 3/14 I got my order opened it and realize the cord was extra short which can only mean I got the consumer and not the professional version . I contacted customer service and they said we can assure you the item is authentic and I told them okay but something isn’t right the professional should be 12ft cord and this isn’t 12ft after back and forth he confirmed I had received the consumer version not the professional one That since the professional was out of stock they send me the consumer instead
i was never contacted by anyone informing me that my item was out of stock and they were sending me something else yet now they want me to send the item back and wait 2-3 weeks for a refund
honestly very frustrating and unethical on their part did they think I wouldn’t notice this wasn’t the correct item?
