Hi, I have received a Dyson hairdryer (unopened but purchased in 2021 so no longer under guarantee). I’ve turned it on and it has no heat to it (same temp at 3 red dots as at 1 or with the cold button). I’ve checked the filter and different sockets and there doesn’t seem to be anything. 

it hadn’t been used previously (still had all wrap on). I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions before I try and arrange a repair?
