Has anyone been able to get help from Dyson on fixing one of their hair products like a hairdryer? I called on the phone and spoke to two representatives who offers me no options in getting it fixed. I spent $400 on it and used it about three times and it is no longer working. Thanks in advance!

We’re sorry to hear about this experience - how long have you owned your Dyson Supersonic hair dryer for? Within the terms of our free 2-year warranty, we would normally be able to arrange to repair or replace your machine in the event that it breaks down in a way that can’t be resolved by some simple troubleshooting checks.
Here at the Dyson Community, we don’t have access to customer details and can’t intervene with individual repair requests. We would recommend continuing your conversation with the Dyson Customer Care team in your region, as they’re best placed to support you further with this.
