How to find help with Dyson customer services?
I placed an order on the 22nd November for 2 x 40 mm airwrap barrels (long hair). At this time I could have purchased the same from another retailer and received my order. Dyson have just cancelled my order on 7th December leaving me without the Christmas gifts so needed and without any opportunity to order elsewhere as they are no longer available elsewhere. (This is terribly poor service Dyson, shame on you!) I think Dyson should have advised me that these items were out of stock rather than waiting over two weeks to tell me and then let me down.
My question is: How can I contact Dyson to ask for help? I have checked Dyson’s website for an email address to advise them but there is none. I have contacted them on whatsapp and they haven’t responded. I have tried the chatbop but it doesn’t understand my question.
Does anyone have an email address I can use please?
