Unfortunately my Dyson Airwrap has begun to overheat every 2-3 minutes. It is three years old and I have followed all cleaning protocols religiously after my first Airwrap had the same issue at the 2 year mark. With this replacement, I thought my diligence in cleaning would prevent the same issue. I have been on the phone and chatted virtually with Dyson support 3 times and have been told to take it to a service center (the nearest one is 4 hours away from me). I called the service center and could not get connected to anyone so had to leave a message. I am at a loss for what to do. I would be willing to purchase a new one even at this point but no discount code was offered. It feels wrong to spend another $600 on something that only lasts for 3 years even with proper care. I’m looking for advice on getting a better option or result from Dyson customer service.
