Without boring you of the horrifying details…. DYSON LITERALLY STOLE MY HAIR DRYER & IS REFUSING TO REPLACE IT DESPITE IT BEING UNDER WARRANTY!!!!!
I’ve spent over 8 hours on the phone with them and provided them with every ounce of information they’ve asked. I’m so fed up with them. Horrible customer service! I’ll never EVER buy another product from them again.
Despite that being said- had anyone had a similar experience & actually managed to get a replacement? Or am I just out $360?
PS- My CC won’t refund since it was over 90 days ago it was purchased.
