MISSING DYSON ORDER -- Horrible Customer Service | Dyson Community

I ordered an airwrap roughly a month ago on Nov 17th. I got an e-mail saying it had shipped a day or two later and still haven’t received anything. After spending EIGHT HOURS on the phone with dyson customer service (which finally admitted they are a call center and don’t work for dyson) I found out it was never in stock in the first place and they have no plans to ship it. 

Ridiculous. Anyone had a similar experience? Anyone actually work for dyson that can help?
