Missing Orders | Dyson Community

Hi - Has anyone had an issue with DPD losing an order and then when contacting Dyson they advise that you have to get in contact with DPD and sort it yourself? I was informed that by customer service even though I explained as they are the primary account holder they would need to open an investigation. 
 

I asked for this in an email and never received one. £500 on an air wrap down the drain.
