I’ve had my dyson for a about a little less than a year. Today when I was going to dry my hair, I plugged the machine, and turned it on, on the higher settings. The machine started working but after a second it stopped and then on and off again. I noticed that when I set the setting on the medium air flow and heat, It works without problem but on the higher settings it doesn't. Can someone relate to this issue?

It’s likely your Dyson Airwrap
multi-styler is shutting off for protection due to a blocked inner and outer filter mesh, which is not allowing enough airflow into the machine on it’s higher settings.
We’ve recently published an article which should help you troubleshoot and resolve this:
This should get your machine up and running again! However if you’ve ensured your Dyson Airwrap multi-styler is being used on the correct voltage and via an appropriate power supply, and you’ve thoroughly cleaned the filter, but are still finding your machine shuts off and displays a flashing LED light, our Customer Care experts will need to provide additional support.
When you have your machine easily to hand, they’ll be able to walk you through some further diagnostic checks to make sure everything is working correctly.
If a repair or a replacement is needed they’ll be able to arrange this for you, and to confirm whether this is covered under your Dyson guarantee.
