my dyson app unavailable in apple store costa rica


I bought the air wrap with the intention to use the app feature but i am unable to install. Dyson support, please do mot say you don’t offer the app in spanish, no one in this community would come here and report the problem in english if the problem was the language. The problem is that we can’t even install the app

Thanks for confirming!

We do advise against purchasing a Dyson machine in one country for use in another. In instances where the voltage differs, the machine may not work at all. It can also make it difficult for us to provide an effective level of support in the event of a breakdown. And as in this situation, it may mean you won’t be able to take advantage of the full product functionality where the MyDyson™ app isn’t available locally, which is the case in Costa Rica at this time. 

This isn’t a situation we’ll be able to resolve on the Dyson Community forum. To discuss your options further, please visit Dyson.com and click Support to get in touch with the Dyson US Customer Care team.

Can you guys do anything to at least let the app available for download in the app store for Costa Rica? 
 

This way we don’t get completely depleted of the app function.
