Moved from Asia to Canada last year and my air wrap couldn’t work in Canada because of the voltage difference.
Contacted Canadian support and requested for an international exchange on Sept 3 2024, sent it in on Sept 10 and confirmed Dyson warehouse in Mississauga has received it on Sept 17.
Until this very day, 6 months after the initial request, it is still not being processed. It is outrageous and unacceptable that Dyson cannot fulfil this simple request. Might as well not offer and advertise it because I as a customer feel betrayed and scammed.
Called support several times and they always give me a canned response saying the request has been approved and will be shipped in 48 hours.
At this point I am giving up and consider my air wrap to be stolen by Dyson and will boycott Dyson until they have functional customer and after-sales service.
