I had placed an online order through Dyson’s website for Dyson’s AirWrap and AirStraight combo during Valentine’s Day Promo 2024. I only received AirStraight in the shipment and AirWrap is missing. It’s been over a month and Dyson still doest not have a resolution for my case. Every time I call Dyson they request me to give me them some more time to investigate. They don’t call back to provide updates on the case. It’s been a nightmare dealing with Dyson. Worst Customer service ever. I am going to open a case with FTC and also at my states consumer protection division
