Purchasable accessories. How are these shipped?

I’ve just received the dyson hair straightener , can you tell me anyone if the brush and comb come separately as it’s not with straighteners please .

Sorry to hear you’ve not received the additional accessories offered with your machine at purchase. 

All spares and accessories are shipped by local postal services, whereas the machines are shipped via a courier service. 

If these do not arrive within the standard shipping time for your markets, usually between 3 - 5 working days, please reach out to the local team for help. They will be able to talk you through the next steps. I’d recommend doing this through our local WhatsApp channel. To do this, simply click on our Guides and manuals link, navigate to the ‘Contact us’ section of the page and start a WhatsApp conversation.
