I have returned an item to Dyson via their own courier pick up. They have had it since 14 January. On phone and live chat they have promised me a refund 3 time and it doesn’t come.
i am seriously [Moderation edit - profanity removed] what can I do. Have raised it with PayPal but because I received it over 30 days ago (it was a Christmas present for someone) they won’t accept the claim through them
