Organised a repair pickup in January. DPD never showed up even though Dyson kept insisting item had been picked up. The item was still in my possession. After about 4/6 phone calls with Dyson, they booked another pickup in February. DPD never showed up.
Absolute nightmare spending 300+ for a hairdryer that dies within a year and not being able to get it repaired.
communicating with Dyson is also a nightmare. Have spoken to customer service about 5x today and they ask me the same questions over and over with no resolution.
