after multiple phone calls and chats, Dyson has not replaced the airwrap stating many excuses including: they never received the item in their warehouse, then said they received a Big Ball Vacuum, then said they received hair Dryer etc. UPS claims no liability as box was delivered I used the serial number as attached to the unit for the exchange, the label provided by Dyson and shipped from a UPS store. My lengthly calls result in no resolution. I am told Dyson will escalate and get a resolution, but after several weeks, I have no resolution.
I have used many Dyson products and have gifted several. I don’t know what to do at this point as contacts with Dyson have proven futile i asked Dyson to return the unit that I sent, but Dyson said they can’t do that as they don’t know what I sent.
My last resort is Small Claims Court filing which I would Like to avoid the hassle.
Any suggestions appreciated except calling customer service which is futile.
