Almost a month after Dyson received my machine, still no refund! Countless promises over the phone and on line chat but I still haven’t received it! From reading posts by others, I know that this is not just happening to me, but to so many.

I guess this is Dyson’s business model! I will keep this in mind, next time I need a new vacuum!
