straighteners not holding

I have had my straighteners for a few years now but the last 3 weeks they look fully charged but go off after 5-10 mins of using them any tips would be appreciated

I wasn't able to find a Dyson flagship Service Centre in UK but I did find a number you could call. 0800 298 0298

Hello, I am assuming you own the Corrale. It is normal for lithium-ion batteries to lose their ability to retain a charge over time due to aging. You might want to consider bringing it to the nearest service center for a change of batteries or maybe get the Airstrait which straightens and dries with no hair damage. You could also use it with the cable as it has a Hybrid mode.
