I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Dyson. I sent my Airwrap for exchange in April and three months later, I have not yet received a replacement product. Despite multiple calls and conversations with various Dyson agents over the past few months, the issue remains unresolved.

It is astonishing that a company of Dyson’s reputation has taken this long to address my concern. I expected much better customer service and responsiveness.
