I ordered the airstrait over 2 months ago and returned it right away as a new color option was available the following day. The original purchase was not even opened. I have the confirmation from Purolator that Dyson received my return. I have called numerous times and they keep telling me that my “bank” should issue the refund within 1 to 2 billing cycles…...I think it is BS!
When I use my credit card, they get the money instantly so why did they not credit my credit card directly. BEYOND frustrating. I will never purchase another Dyson product - I have spent a lot of money on their products and I like them but the customer service is not acceptable in this day and age. Come on Dyson do BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
