On 14 October 2024 the Gloucester warehouse received return of a Prussian Blue and Copper Airstrait and the free stand that came with it. They have refunded only the free stand at £0.00.
I have contacted Dyson by calling and webchat over 10 times since 14 Oct. Various case numbers, asked to wait for return to be processed, etc. It HAS been processed and I have been refunded £0.00. The investigation needs to be to locate and find the Airstrait and to refund the £400.
I am feeling ill and stressed by this. I have provided the serial number of the device, photos, DPD consignment number and a photo of their delivery to Gloucester which shows a massive pile of boxes.
The latest case number is 42177034. I want compensation for the calls, stress, worry and my time. The call centre is BEYOND APPALLING. They just placate to finish the calls or chat.
I AM VERY UPSET. Can someone please help to resolve this?
