I purchased a new Airwrap Multi-styler & Dryer for Christmas and it did not come with a filter brush. Does this mean I do not need to clean the filter or do I need to buy one for myself.
If I need to purchase one are they all the same or do I need a particular one suitable for my item.

I can't speak for all Airwrap models, but I recently purchased the Airwrap ID and, if I remember correctly, found the filter brush tucked into the black cardboard that held the cord. It was easy to miss since it's also black! Hopefully, you still have the packaging and haven’t thrown it away.

Hi, thank for your response. Unfortunately I purchased my air-wrap prior to Christmas so no longer have the packaging it arrived in. It is possible I threw it into the rubbish without realising it was there. I have been able to order one on line with an addition filter cage and tiny brush which will be perfect. It cost me an addition £16 but at least I have it now. Thanks again for replying.
Glad you were able to order a new one! The placement of it wasn’t ideal—I almost tossed mine too, and I’m sure many others have as well.
