I had such an horrific experience with this company, one I’ve used for probably the last three decades to purchase vacuum cleaners.  Never will I buy from them again.  I placed an order for a cordless cleaner this month and two hours later called to cancel. I had found a better one and less expensive elsewhere.  Nope, I couldn’t cancel.  After pressing the issue, I was told that the person had consulted with the ‘team’, oft used in my phone calls, and that they would call UPS and intervene. Once they got the cleaner back, they would refund my money. Well, of course that didn’t happen.  On second call, by which time I had emails saying it would be delivered by ‘x’ date. I asked for a return label...the person said they had sent it by text and email. Nothing showed up. The person sent it again, and I got a form with nothing in it by email and no return label.  I asked the person if they were in the US or outside the US since it was really odd for a text not to have come through. I was told they weren’t allowed to tell me.  Ok, so I was told that UPS could pick up the vacuum cleaner from my apartment building in Chicago, since I didn’t have a car and it was heavy, and UPS would supply the return label.  OMG.  They gave me the wrong UPS phone number to call.  And after calls with UPS, it was clear, I would have to take the thing to the UPS location nearest to me.  I had to pay for an Uber to get there.  Once I got there, they said even with the tracking number, they couldn't print out the return label...it wasn’t in their system.  So fortunately I asked if I forwarded my email to them, could they print it out that way.  That worked.  These people lied to me repeatedly; they were incompetent; and this created such an incredible hassle for me.  And all because they couldn’t cancel my order two hours after being placed.  I WILL NEVER BUY FROM DYSON AGAIN.  AND CLEARLY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LISTED HERE OVER AND OVER AGAIN AS HORRIBLE.  WHEN IS DYSON GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?????? I DON’T CARE, BUT YOU MIGHT IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING ACTUALLY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
