I bought a Dyson Absolute V 11 in Nov 2019. I contacted Dyson in December 2024 regarding troubleshooting as my Dyson had stopped working. After troubleshooting, it was determined that I needed to replace the battery. However, the battery was out of stock and I was told that I would be contacted once it comes back in stock.
I am now months without a vacuum cleaner and have received no contact regarding the battery being back in stock. I wrote to askdyson@dyson.ie about it a month ago and received no response. It is impossible to find an email address to write to concerning my issue. Please provide me with an email address I can raise my complaint with concerning such poor service.
