Battery issue - V10 not working. Suggestions?

Just come back from a few days away and the Dyson V10 I think is dead. Red light on the machine but wont charge. Red light flashes on the charges for a few seconds then nothing.

Any ideas please

@Jacko. Adam is correct! If it were the charger or battery, a blue light would be seen instead or alongside it. For your own sanity I’d double check it with their online help Solve the problem using the lights | Dyson Troubleshooting. Bob.

@Jacko That red light is indicating that a different part will need replaced here, “Main Body/Cyclone”.

This part varies depending on which specific version of the V10 you have. Please contact your local support with your serial number so they can match you with the correct part. Thanks!
