Cashback from Cashrewards is not provided | Dyson Community

I have purchased a Dyson V10 Absolute Vacuum Cleaner. Dyson provided a cashback offers via cashrewards.com.au and I used that to purchase this device so that I can receive the cashback. My cashback was added for tracking after the purchase manually and Cashrewards customer team confirmed that they check with Dyson at that time.

However, my cashback is declined after waiting for more than 90 days and Cashrewards customer service rep has mentioned that Dyson has determined that this transaction hasn’t come from Cashrewards and thus declined my cashback. I am quite a frequent user of cashrewards and have used it properly all the time to get cashback from different retailers. Happy to share the order details and followed all the procedures for the eligibility
