Thanks for posting your issue here. This is an unusual one, but let’s see what we can do to help.
Please ensure the machine has power. Then, hold the red trigger down with one hand and with the other, firmly push the MAX power button in. You should hear the motor tone change.
If the MAX power button is no longer changing the power mode, a replacement main body would be needed.
