I have been trying to troubleshoot my cordless v11 vacuum. I’ve used the chat and call line. Every customer service agent has been entirely unhelpful. They would not help me further until I purchased a new filter directly from them. This did not fix the issue as I said it wouldn’t. I was told I could return the filter. After 2 days they sent an email saying the closed the return because it had been over 30 days. When I chatted with support to make sure I could still return it, they were entirely unhelpful saying I needed to contact UPS. They clearly didn’t understand or read my messages about the issue and kept stating it was a UPS issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY DYSON PRODUCT. I will not be a return customer. Their customer service is absolute garbage.
