Disgusting service from what used to be a great company

I've been a Dyson customer for decades and always been happy until this year. Ordered the new V15 but totally disappointed with fact I had to constantly use my hand to empty the bin properly.

After the worst problem solving conversation and sending a new bin (which i knew wouldn't sort the issue) I requested a return.

This was all organised over chat and what a mess that was. Had to contact them 4 times to get the correct email with a QR code to return.

They have now had my return for 14 days and no refund even after 2 emails.  Every other company refunds within days of receiving an item back.

Its uk law to refund within 14 days!!!

you charge us straightaway but yet we have to go through all this hassle to get our own money back.

If this is not sorted within the next 24 hours I will start a charge back with my credit card company and will be talking to citizens advice and escalate this.

What a fall this company has taken, so far from what Mr Dyson originally built!

Sounds to me that you go over MAX line. Thats when usually you need to use hands to empty.

We’ve had our V15 few years now and never had to use hands to empty the bin.
